Wednesday Yoga at Cabarrus Brewing Company

Grab a friend and your yoga mat and prepare for an hour of relaxation at Cabarrus Brewing Company in Concord, NC! Class led by Kat Harmon or one of the Sol Harmony Crew members.  All levels welcome. Class will take place Wednesday evenings in The Kettle Room during colder months & inclement weather. During the warmer months, class will take place on the loading doc, just outside the Kettle Room.

Class begins at 6:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to park and make your way to the space. Class will conclude at 7:30pm.

Swing by the Cabarrus Brewing Taproom for a well-deserved drink & treat! Open until 10:00pm.
