The Downtown Warehouse is a historic event space located in the heart of Downtown Concord, North Carolina.

Sister-team Rachel McWaters and Jessica Miller wanted to create an inviting, open space for future brides and party goers alike. Inspired by the charm of their city, they wanted to provide a space that embodied that spirit. Formally an old hardware store, The Downtown Warehouse features exposed brick and warehouse floors and has been up-fitted to meet all your event needs. Enjoy all the historic charm with elegant modern touches.
